Terms of sale for Steam keys.

What you are buying

One Steam product key that unlocks Meow-Jong Solitaire (Steam app 535910) on a Steam account. Redeeming the key requires a free Steam account and the Steam client on Windows, macOS or Linux. The key is a licence to play the game under the end-user licence agreement; it is not a transfer of the software's copyright.

Price and parity

Our price matches the current Steam price for the same region. When Steam runs a discount we apply the same discount here for the same dates, and when we run a discount here we give Steam customers a comparable offer within a reasonable time. Prices are shown in US dollars; taxes are calculated at checkout based on your billing address.

Delivery

Keys are delivered by email to the address you give at checkout, normally within minutes and always within 24 hours. One key per order line. If a key does not arrive, check your spam folder and then email meow@meowjong.com with your order number; we will resend or replace it.

Refunds

See the refund policy. In short: a full refund within 14 days if the key has not been redeemed; no refund once a key has been redeemed, because a redeemed key cannot be recovered.

Fair use

Keys are for personal use. Reselling keys bought here, or buying with a payment method you are not authorised to use, voids the sale and may result in the key being revoked.
