Refund and return policy.
For Steam keys bought directly from EPWH LLC. Purchases made on Steam, the App Store or itch.io follow those stores' refund rules instead.
Short version. Unredeemed key, within 14 days of purchase: full refund, no questions asked. Redeemed key: no refund, because a key that has been activated on a Steam account cannot be taken back or resold.
How to request a refund
Email meow@meowjong.com with the email address you used at checkout and your order number. We check whether the key has been redeemed and reply within two business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Problems with the key
If a key is invalid, already used, or never arrived, tell us and we will replace it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer, at any time.
Problems with the game
The Steam edition has no ads or in-app purchases and runs on Windows, macOS and Linux; system requirements are listed on the Steam store page. If the game will not run on a system that meets those requirements and the key has been redeemed, contact us: we will try to fix the problem and, if we cannot, we will refund you.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your card issuer; we resolve almost everything by email within a day. Keys associated with a chargeback may be revoked.
